Maryhill Housing are seeking a dynamic Chief Executive to guide the Association to new heights. As Chief Executive you will provide leadership and vision to ensure excellent, cutting-edge services for tenants whilst determining the strategic direction, growth and development and maintaining executive accountability for all operations.

The role will have responsibility for developing key strategic partnerships, including with Queens Cross Housing Association, to deliver tangible benefits to our customers. Good governance will be upheld at all times by the Chief Executive in line with SHR guidelines. The Chief Executive will also be responsible for promoting Maryhill’s brand and profile to ensure that we are seen as a leading regional and sub-regional player within the Housing Sector.

We are looking for a seasoned leader with:

• Proven experience at a senior management level, either within the housing sector, or able to evidence transferability.
• A track record of developing strategic partnerships and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, and risk management skills.
• Excellent leadership qualities, with a genuine commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
