Welcome 

A warm welcome and thank you for your interest in becoming our next Director of Customer Services at Barrhead Housing.

This vacancy comes at an exciting moment for us. Our current director has just secured a Chief Executive role at another housing association, the second Barrhead Housing director in five years to progress to a CEO position. Now, we’re ready to welcome the next inspiring leader who will help shape the future of Barrhead Housing.

As director of customer services, you will lead the teams that connect directly with our tenants, owners, residents, and wider community.  You will make sure our services are responsive, inclusive, and built around what people really need, putting people first, every time.  

You will champion a model of services that is personal and proactive, where and when customers want us.  With a focus on insight, thoughtful service design and innovation, you will drive exemplary customer experience and meaningful community impact.

We want the experiences our customers have with us to be the best they have in their lives.  We love to champion our communities.  This role is a unique opportunity to turn these ambitions into reality.
