Aspen People are delighted to be working with South Lanarkshire College to recruit a new Vice Principal Learning, Teaching and the Student Experience. This individual will help to shape and develop the curriculum and associated services to ensure they address identified skills needs and are aligned with the strategic aims of South Lanarkshire College. They will deliver the highest standards of learning and teaching, using innovative approaches and technologies where appropriate and monitor and evaluate performance.

A relevant teaching qualification is required and evidence of continuous professional development. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable knowledge of innovation in a learning and teaching space, alongside curriculum management and development experience. An awareness of the local environment, labour market research and environmental scanning will also be beneficial.
