Rossie Young People’s Trust, believe in the power of positive change and are on a mission to change the lives of young individuals facing challenges that many would rather turn away from. Their institution, Rossie Secure Accommodation Services, is a registered Scottish Charity and the trading arm of Rossie Young People’s Trust—one of the longest-established providers of children’s services in the UK, dating back to 1857. Their secure unit and special school provide a haven for children with traumatic histories, offering stability and a chance to alter life trajectories.

Rossie Secure Accommodation comprehensive services include care, education, health, and specialist interventions for approximately 36 young people aged 10-18 years. These young individuals have multiple and complex needs, and Rossie’s dedicated workforce, qualified and committed, delivers support in secure, residential, and close support environments. Their approach aligns closely with the principles of The Promise announced by the Scottish Government in 2020, following an Independent Care Review.
