This is an exciting time to join the commercial development team as they shape the digital e-commerce for the business. As a heritage organisation there are some fantastic assets and products that have a real potential for market growth.

HES is looking for an individual who will help lead the e-commence transformation, unlocking the next commercial opportunities for our sector. This role will report directly to the Head of Commercial Development & Enterprise and be instrumental in targeting platform and consumer growth via existing and new product design.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and innovative senior e-Commerce manager to build and grow our online presence and drive profitable business growth in line with the latest website developments and technologies. You’ll be ambitious and a champion of omnichannel retail experience as part of the customer journey.

This is a new post and offers the opportunity to develop the role from the ground up.

Who will you be?

You’ll be a highly driven and experienced e-commerce manager with a record of developing and driving strategic vision and consumer-facing digital products. You’ll be creative with your skillset with ability to show how you have improved revenue and sales performances. You will have to balance multiple projects so ability to manage a workload is vital. You will ideally come from a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We’d welcome discussions from candidates in the retail, e-sales or hospitality world.
