The Senior Asset Manager will lead the effective and efficient management of the University estate, ensuring, in the context of a transformational capital investment programme, which over the next ten years will see land holding increase by 500,000 square feet and over eight acres of land developed through JV arrangements with the private sector, that all commercial opportunities are maximised. He / she will ensure that, in the context of a portfolio of property interests the equivalent of a medium sized property company, University space is managed and utilized as a strategic asset that furthers the University’s strategic ambitions.

You will have strong, detailed knowledge and experience of property valuation, estate management and relevant law, as well as holding a chartered membership of RICS. The post holder will have the skills and experience in leading and developing people, setting high standards and achieving good quality and cost effective results within timescales.
