Savills is the leading brand across the UK for Land and Estate Management, due to an impending retirement after 30 years service, this exciting opportunity has been created to join a well established and thriving team responsible for a number of high net worth private clients. Their clients businesses comprise let and in hand private estates, rural business and forestry enterprises.

This role will provide outstanding client service to existing clients with direct responsibility and reporting roles. This position is a key appointment with responsibility to help grow and develop the business and to lead a discreet successful private client team within the office.

You will provide professional estate/asset management advice on all aspects of property management and consultancy for private, corporate and institutional landowners. Working closely with the firms experts and skills leaders where necessary adding value to clients property and estates interests. Assist the Head of Department in building the professional business through networking internally and externally to build close relationships with existing and new clients and their professional advisors.

You will be fully RICS qualified, with good interpersonal skills and have an ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing to clients and colleagues, and be familiar with all aspects of financial management and reporting. A clear understanding of the political and economic context in Scotland will be an advantage, along with your pro-active approach to work and your willingness to get involved in every aspect to help grow the business.
