Castle Water are presenting a great opportunity to join the management team as a Risk & Quality Manager. The Risk & Quality Manager will oversee the Quality Management System and all ISO certifications across the business. From development, management and improvement of the QMS to supply chain management and compliance, the post holder will deliver comprehensively on all aspects of Quality Management. They will further take lead on all points of risk throughout the company, including delivery of a Corporate Risk Management strategy, to ensure safe working environments for staff and clients. This will entail continuing risk assessments and evaluations under financial, legal and environmental criteria as well as scrutiny of previous handling of risk.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate a firm grasp of Castle Water’s business areas and the Water industry in general. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to articulate risk appropriately to a range of audiences, including at executive level with the role reporting directly to the CFO. Strong leadership skills are essential; the effective management of all relationships, internal and external, will be crucial to the success of this role.

Candidates must possess a relevant degree in Quality Management or similar, as well as having extensive experience in ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certification processes. In addition, candidates should hold an ISO 9001 Auditor/Lead Auditor qualification, preferably with experience of auditing other management system standards.

This role is offered with flexible working arrangements – the candidate is welcome to work remotely where appropriate but must be able to travel to Blairgowrie as required.
