Our client is a family owned service provider of care to children and adults. They seek an Operations Manager to cover their Dumfries & Galloway region following a continued period of growth. You will be responsible for making sure resources, property, customer services and the procurement of new work are in line with the company strategy.

You must have a Nursing or Social Work qualification and hold an SVQ level 4 in management and leadership or be willing to work towards it.

You will have experience in budgeting, planning and negotiating and will work in accordance to SCSWIS Regulations and Requirements.
