Property Services Manager

Ferguslie Park Housing Association is searching for a Property Services Manager to deliver excellent customer service whilst managing considerable projects, including a full range of reactive/major repairs and planned and cyclical maintenance works through newly procured contracts.

You will be responsible for day to day Property Services and longer term Asset Management for the Association’s 800 properties and also for the New Tannahill Centre. The Centre is run by our subsidiary in the group and it serves as a community hub for the local area, as well as the office for the housing association.

Through effective contract management and working with teams throughout the organisation you will play a part in changing the lives of Ferguslie Park tenants, some of whom who live in an area of high deprivation. You will play a key part in the Management Team and corporate responsibility. Group procurement will fall under your remit, and you will ensure full compliance with risk and audit requirements. A Value for Money approach will be essential to move the Business Plan priorities forward, as will building good relations with partnering contractors and external property and framework procurement agents.

This position is a temporary post which has the potential to become a permanent role after an initial term.
