Hours:  Flexible 28-35 per week by negotiation

Thenue is one of the larger developing associations in the Glasgow area.  In 2017/18 their £18million development programme will deliver 116 units over 3 sites and their Business Plan identifies a future projects to deliver a further 430 units in the next 5-8 years.

Thenue Housing Association owns 2826 properties in their six main communities and has 18 supported accommodation projects mainly located in Glasgow.  They provide a factoring service to a further 600 owners within their communities.

The Property Services Department is responsible for the Asset Management and Development functions of the association.  The current post holder is leaving to take up a new position and the association are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to replace them.  Working with the Head of Property Services you would be responsible for the management and co-ordination of the development programme and have line management responsibility for a Development Officer and joint responsibility for a Project Assistant.

You will work with the Property Services Manager (Technical) to ensure that the Property Services Team is able to deliver the outcomes in both asset management  and development programmes.

You will have an excellent track record of managing and delivering development projects primarily housing in the social rented sector.  Experience in all of the procedures for applying for the Scottish Government Affordable Housing Supply Programme for subsidy would be valuable.

You will have a full valid driving licence.  You should also be able to display excellent communication and customer service skills and be computer literate.
