A highly respected West of Scotland based Contractor is seeking a experienced Project Manager from a main contracting background to take an £80million project from design stages to completion.

This is a rare opportunity to oversee what will be a landmark project, taking ownership from everything from initial site layout, through full construction and client delivery. The project will involve significant new build coupled with some refurbishment to an existing building, so will offer a strong technical challenge.

Ideally, prospective candidates will be Degree level qualified (or equivalent) and have significant experience of overseeing multiple multi million construction projects as Project Manager or Director. They will be familiar with steel, concrete and traditional building methods and have a strong understanding of working with a public sector client base. Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills will be needed, coupled with the technical knowledge and enthusiasm needed to deliver such a large scale project.
