The University of Glasgow is a world leading academic institution. The Project Manager will assume responsibility for the leadership and project management of a range of capital projects (£100,000 to £10m) from inception to practical completion, in the context of a transformational capital investment programme for the University designed to encourage collaboration, cross-disciplinary research and other strategic goals. You will support Senior Project Managers on larger projects as required to ensure the implementation of the Estates Strategy.

You will have previous experience of leading small complex development projects or elements of large construction projects, as well as, experience working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders. You will have the knowledge and ability to work with major contractors and monitor their performance against agreed targets.
