Working closely with the Director of Estates and Buildings and Project Sponsors the Project Development Manager will be responsible for the shaping and delivery of the project benefits associated with a range of major capital projects, agreed by the University as part of a transformational capital investment programme. This will include shaping and leading major change in working practices and driving increased space utilisation across the University.

You will act as the lead change agent for the project ensuring effective engagement with all those impacted resulting in an engaged and empowered group who understand and can shape the change for the benefit of the University. You will contribute as a senior manager to the development and delivery of departmental strategy, operational plans and cultural change.
