Our client, a leading provider of services which allow disabled people to live their lives as independently as possible, is looking for an Operations Manager.
We are looking for someone to lead, manage and develop the efficient and effective delivery of defined services. Key elements will involve ensuring quality and service standards, regulatory and safeguarding compliance and ensuring staff motivation.
This role will have oversight of three Support Managers and will report to the Divisional Director. The role will involve some travel across Argyll and Bute and Aberdeen.
