Based in Clackmannanshire, Ceteris is a property and economic regeneration company that offers serviced offices, industrial units and workshops to businesses across 13 locations in Central Scotland. With over 150 tenant businesses in 260,000 sq ft of commercial property, Ceteris is dedicated to delivering the best in customer service. Ceteris also delivers that National Business Gateway services on behalf of the Local Authority and works with a further 200 businesses per year to support business growth.

Following the retirement of the current post holder, the Ceteris Board is seeking an individual with the commitment and vision to deliver substantial economic benefits to Clackmannanshire. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills for use both within the company and working with partners to support the delivery of Clackmannanshire’s regeneration goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all operations of the company, property and economic development, directing work and resources to ensure achievement of the company’s economic regeneration objectives.
• Identifying and ensuring the implementation of new projects and opportunities for the business and the area
• Developing and maintaining key internal and external relationships, representing Ceteris to external organisations and the general public
• Representing Ceteris and the view of local businesses on relevant local and national bodies

The successful candidate should have commercial and management experience to ensure the continued strong and sustainable operation of this high performing organisation and will have a clear understanding of, and experience in, economic development and regeneration. Experience of property management and development as well as business needs would be an advantage.
