Interim Head of Estates, Facilities and Energy
4-6 Months contract
Aspen is working with a Glasgow Clyde College find an interim Head of Estates, Facilities and Energy. We are seeking a leader who can ensure the facilities on offer for students and staff of the College are of the highest standard. The role will head a multi-disciplinary team providing a comprehensive estate planning and management service and a range of facilities support services across the College’s campuses. This post will also lead on the significant capital projects currently underway across multiple campuses, working closely with the senior leadership team and estates teams to deliver successful outcomes.
You will have proven experience of leading major capital projects and programmes across complex estate portfolios. You will be adept at communicating with and reporting to stakeholders confidently at a senior level, given the need to ensure that these internal customers have confidence that the College is deriving best value and outcomes from any capital investment in its Estate.
Strong leadership and management skills are essential as you will be required to lead and inspire a large and diverse internal team as well as work closely with external consultants and contractors. You will possess a relevant technical background and knowledge gained in the construction/property industry.
