Grampian Housing Association owns and manages over 3,500 affordable homes across Aberdeen. The association provides a variety of services to tenants and community members to ensure the continued development of sustainable communities across the North East of Scotland.
GHA has recently appointed a new CEO and the team is in need temporary assistance at the Chief Operating Officer position for an initial 6 months term.
This position is responsible for the strategy and performance of all customer facing services including housing, reactive and planned maintenance, estate management, factoring, customer satisfaction and communication services. The COO will also contribute to the overall leadership of Grampian Housing Association and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Experience at a senior level within an RSL setting will be key to success in this role.
