Ark Housing Association are seeking a new ICT manager to join their team.
We are seeking a competent IT professional with excellent problem solving and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work with a variety of stakeholders across the business.
The new ICT Manager will lead on the implementation of Ark’s corporate digital strategy and support the corporate transformation programme in line with Ark’s Business Plan. This role will also support and advise the user community and monitor, maintain, and update the ICT infrastructure & systems as well as leading system upgrade projects and supporting the Ark website project and ongoing technical support of the website. The ICT Manager will also line manage the ICT Officer and will report directly to the Head of ICT Strategy & Development.
