Our client is one of the fastest growing utility supply companies in the UK, supplying services to business customers across Scotland and England. Currently serving 25,000 business customers across the UK, growing rapidly and with the market position, financing and capability to grow significantly. The company has formal partnerships with a number of national organisations, as well as web and direct sales channels. They have been among a successful innovator at supplying water services to customers in the deregulated water market.

The HR Manager will report to the CEO and be a member of the company’s Management Committee. You will be responsible for the day to day management of all HR policies and procedures across the whole business, as the business goes through a rapid growth phase, which may include acquisitions. The role will include reviewing and maintaining policies, recruitment, co-ordinating training, HR record keeping, co-ordinating annual appraisals and supporting line managers in managing employee relations.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, hands-on and have a proven track record of HR management. While not essential, if this experience has been gained within a similar environment of customer service within the utilities, financial services or online retail markets then that would be an advantage.

The role is based in Perthshire/Tayside, combining fantastic access to leisure activities with being close to the major cities of Scotland.
