We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Income Generation, to join the senior management team, who will lead the Fundraising and Business Development teams and have overall responsibility to develop and deliver an overarching fundraising and income generation strategy. We are looking for a knowledgeable professional with a proven track record in leading fundraising and business development activities in order to maximise return on investment and ensure the retention and development of our supporter base.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience of people management and leadership within a senior role. You will also have experience in implementing innovation and change as well as the ability to develop and maintain sustainable relationships to deliver income within current legislation, regulations and policies.
