The organisation is now looking to recruit a new Head of Finance and Resources.

The role of Head of Finance and Resources is responsible for ensuring that all statutory and management financial reporting requirements for the organisation are met as well as ensuring a robust internal financial control environment is in place and adhered to.

Key responsibilities include appropriately managing all resources for the Trust including property, reviewing and developing the HR and ICT strategy and managing payroll, pension administration and HR systems for 30 members of staff.

Professionally qualified, the successful candidate will have strong charity accounting experience and proven leadership skills. You should be able to demonstrate experience of running financial systems and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and of providing advice and guidance to senior managers. The preferred candidate will have a good understanding of the public and charitable sectors in Scotland.
