We are seeking an experienced leader to integrate and enhance our curriculum across our extensive range of engineering and built environment programmes. Qualified to Degree level in the appropriate discipline together with a TQFE or equivalent, you will have experience of working productively with employers to deliver their current and future training and skills needs.

As an effective leader with a proven track record within an FE/HE environment you should also have experience of project management, leading business transformation and effective budget and resource management, as well as developing systems and processes which have resulted in raising quality and improving standards.

Exceptional people management skills are also required with the ability to lead and inspire staff to achieve the highest levels of quality and performance.
