Capital City College Group is entering a new and exciting phase under the leadership of the new CEO, Roy O’Shaughnessy who joined the organisation at the start of September 2018. The Group is driven by strong values and a vison to transform lives through exceptional education and training, and is making a real difference to the students, business clients and other key stakeholders that it supports in London.  The Group supports in excess of 22,000 students through its three colleges (City and Islington, Westminster Kingsway and CONEL) and bespoke training provision.

The Group is going through a period of transformative change and the HR agenda is significant, so it’s a pivotal time to join the HR team and the Group on its ambitious journey. This is a dynamic, fast paced environment and we are looking for two exceptional people to join the HR team, in new key leadership roles of:

  • Group Deputy Director HR – OD and Business Partnering
  • Group Deputy Director HR – Operations and Quality

These are two new exciting leadership roles that have been created as the Group develops and transforms.  They offer a real opportunity for experienced and innovative HR professionals, not only to join a forward thinking prominent London based organisation, but to play a key part in shaping the direction of the Group to move it forward and exceed targets and expectations.

Offering a huge opportunity to contribute to the direction of the HR Team within the Group, these roles require experienced HR professionals who are not afraid to challenge the norm, who have vision and who are confident in their abilities to contribute at a strategic level and who are strong team players as well as leaders who will lead by example and contribute to the development of the team.
