Castle Water supply services to business customers across both Scotland and England, currently serving 25,000 business customers across the UK. They are a rapidly growing organisation with the capability to develop significantly. The company has formal partnerships with a number of national organisations, as well as web and direct sales channels. They have been a successful innovator at supplying water services to customers in the deregulated water market.

Aspen are seeking to recruit a Divisional Operations Director to join Castle Water’s growing team. The Divisional Operations Director will report to the Group Operations Director and will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a company division which has revenue in the region of £100m. The role also includes full P&L responsibility, alongside managing SLAs. In addition this the Divisional Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the division’s commercial contracts. Ultimately this is a commercial role which will require a highly astute individual who can effectively liaise with clients and suppliers.

The successful candidate will be familiar with SLAs, commercial contracts, operations management; ideally this experience with have been gained within a highly complex, structured and regulated environment. In addition you will have experience at a senior level in dealing with an extremely high volume of transactions per annum. Experience within Financial Services or utilities would be highly advantageous.

The role is based in Perthshire/Tayside, combining fantastic access to leisure activities with being close to the major cities of Scotland.
