The Divisional Operations Director will be a member of the company’s Management Committee, report directly to the CEO, and will be responsible for the operations of the company’s largest division, ensuring all elements of operations are run efficiently and giving customers the highest standards of service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a highly focused customer service environment; ideally this could have been gained within the utilities, financial services or online retail markets. In addition, you will have experience at a senior level in all aspects of delivering an outstanding customer experience. Experience in managing customer services in a fast growing environment would be desirable.

The role is based in Perthshire/Tayside, combining fantastic access to leisure activities with being close to the major cities of Scotland.
