This is an exciting opportunity to appoint an Executive Director of HR with a proven track record in HR Management and Development at a senior level in a complex organisation.
NHS Forth Valley is focussed on the implementation of our Healthcare Strategy and on the delivery of Integrated Health and Social Care services for our local population.
The post of Director of Human Resources is a pivotal role as we aim to ensure better health, better value and better care, with the patient at the centre of everything we do, cared for by staff who are supported to deliver high quality and professional services.
Positive staff experience for our people is essential if we are to deliver high performing services and, as Director of HR, you will work to help to create the conditions where our workforce can thrive within an organisation which is based on positive values and which cares for our people.
As Director of HR you will be responsible for the delivery of the Strategic HR and Staff Governance agenda, focussed on the development of Workforce capability, capacity and ensuring positive staff experience. You will also play a role in influencing and shaping Regional and National Workforce Strategy and policy in collaboration with Regional and National colleagues.
You will have the personal credibility and the interpersonal skills to lead and deliver in this demanding role.
