This is an exciting opportunity to join NHS Forth Valley as they progress the implementation of their Healthcare Strategy and focus on the delivery of integrated health and social care services for the local population.
The post of Director of Finance is a pivotal role as they aim to ensure better health, better value and better care, with the patient at the centre of everything they do.
Overseeing a revenue budget of £537m and a capital budget of £10m, you will have responsibility for delivering all operational and strategic financial support to NHS Forth Valley and for providing high level expertise in financial planning and management to the Board’s Chief Executive and Executive Team.
You will have a track record of financial management within a healthcare or equivalent complex organisation and will be able to demonstrate past success in the implementation of financial performance initiatives.
You will have the personal credibility and interpersonal skills to lead and deliver in this demanding role.
