We are now seeking a new Director of Curriculum and Learning who will provide strategic leadership of the Learner Journey at Moray College UHI through our curriculum offer and our learning and teaching. You will lead our Senior Curriculum Team and direct the development of our provision and its delivery in relation both to exciting developments within Moray and also to ensure that we are aligned with the wider university partnership in providing an effective and efficient service regionally.

The successful candidate will be able to think strategically and impact operationally, paying attention to detail but never losing sight of the big picture. You will have a strong understanding and experience of academic provision and delivery, and how it can impact best in our communities, and also understand the funding and quality assurance systems within the Scottish tertiary system. You will build strong collaborative relationships within and outwith the College and will display resilience and good humour in this fast-changing and challenging environment.
