Kingdom Group is in search of a visionary and accomplished asset management professional to join our team as Director of Asset Management. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the strategic direction and management of our Asset Management Services, playing a fundamental part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality asset management and technical services for our customer’s homes, our offices, and our facilities.
As the Director of Asset Management, you will have a multifaceted and impactful role. Your responsibilities include the development and implementation of a comprehensive asset management strategy that encompasses the entire Kingdom Group. This strategy will form the cornerstone of our approach, guiding the delivery of exceptional services to our customers and other stakeholders. Furthermore, your role extends to ensuring that all asset management activities remain in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and performance standards. This includes a strong focus on customer health and safety, aligning our practices with the highest industry standards.
Leadership is at the core of this position. You will be tasked with leading, motivating, and inspiring your team of dedicated professionals to provide exceptional customer services and support. This aspect of your role is critical to our continued success in enhancing the lives of our customers. Excellent financial management and planning is also important, as the post holder will be responsible for managing budgets related to Asset Management services, as well as overseeing the preparation of maintenance programs and departmental plans. This financial oversight ensures the efficient allocation of resources and the achievement of our strategic objectives.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining partnerships at both local and national levels. These partnerships play a pivotal role in advancing Kingdom’s strategic aims and objectives, while staying connected to the landscape in which we operate to ensure the best service for all.
