We have a number of exciting vacancies available in our Digital Customer Experience (DCE) team, supporting the development of our digital journey, improving services for our citizens and helping our organisation to become more productive.
We are looking for a talented Digital Customer Developer with the right attitude and approach to play a key role in creating the highest quality digital services for our customers. We are keen to attract candidates from all industries who may have relevant transferrable skills in areas such as user experience, business process design and digital delivery.
Our digital journey is already well underway with more and more of our customers using our website, online customer service and social media channels to engage with us. We are looking for an experienced customer-focused digital developer to add more services to our Customer experience platform. The platform is Customer Facing (CMS) and manages Customer records / request fulfilment (CRM), allowing a joined-up approach to ensure our technology and our service delivery meets the needs of customers.
