We are recruiting for an experienced Development & New Business Director who as a key member of our Leadership Team will drive forward our vision, values and business strategy. We are looking for a motivated professional who will lead our Development team and provide informed direction on new build developments, asset management projects, wider role and community development initiatives, as well as business growth/development through our subsidiary company Partick Works Limited.

You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and professional skills and be a team player with a positive attitude and clear customer focus. You will have a track record in leading and motivating people, delivering change and proven tangible experience in the areas of development, project management, partnership working and innovation.
