Since 1784, The Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland (RHASS), has been the respected standard-bearer for farming and rural industry in Scotland. With over 14,000 members, its key remit is to promote Scotland’s land-based and allied businesses. A registered charity, the Society plays a pivotal role in the creation of a better understanding of the management of Scotland’s land and rural resources.

RHASS is now looking to recruit a new Chief Executive to lead, guide and enable the Society to achieve its aims and objectives in promoting the interests and priorities of the Land Based industries and Rural Communities in Scotland.

You will have a proven track record of managing a business or organisation as well as experience of leading a skilled team, complex problem solving and management of financial resources. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for the Society and ensure good relations with stakeholders.
