Castle Water is a successful and fast growing water company, supplying services to business customers across Scotland, and from 2017 throughout England. They use a number of different routes to market, including Account Managers, web-based sales and affinity partnerships. Currently serving 6,000 business customers across Scotland, they are growing rapidly and have exciting plans to enter the business water market in England when it deregulates in 2017. Castle Water has formal partnerships with a number of national organisations including NFU Scotland and the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations. They have been among the most successful companies at supplying water services to customers in the deregulated water market in Scotland.

Castle Water are now seeking a Business Analyst to pull together the expertise they have developed in Scotland with the market architecture, codes and contracts for England and work with Castle Water’s CEO to develop and implement a strategy for growth in the English market. The successful candidate will provide precision analytical work, which will allow the organisation to develop a marketing strategy and processes appropriate for the market. The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, familiar with commercial contracts and committed to working effectively in a demanding environment with tight deadlines. He / She will also have sound appreciation of detailed information and precise attention to deal with the ability to breakdown data. These are high profile roles, both internally and externally. The role will be based in Blairgowrie, with frequent travel to London. 

Castle Water is based in Blairgowrie in northern Perthshire, combining fantastic access to leisure activities with being close to the major cities of Scotland. Blairgowrie is equi-distant in travel time between Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen. It is the closest town south of Glenshee with ski-ing in winter and mountain biking in Summer, and year round climbing, hill-walking and kayaking. Blairgowrie itself has high quality golf-courses and fishing, as well as a range of independent shops, restaurants and cafes.
