Castle Water is a successful and fast growing water company, supplying services to business customers across Scotland, and from 2017 throughout England. With partnerships with national organisations as well as web and direct sales channels, they are growing rapidly and have exciting plans to enter the business water market in England when it deregulates in 2017. Castle Water has formal partnerships with a number of national organisations including NFU Scotland and the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations. They have been among the most successful companies at supplying water services to customers in the deregulated water market in Scotland. Castle Water is innovative, fast-moving and ambitious.

They are now looking for a motivated individual to work closely with their team in Blairgowrie. You will maintain office hardware, printers, computers etc., resolve Microsoft Office problems and advise staff on how to use more advanced features. You will help staff with the use of current technology and also help train them on the use of new software. Additional duties will include; backing up the file system and testing the backups, setting up computers, new user profiles and dealing with password issues and managing network devices, routers, switches, wi-fi, firewalls and appliances. Desirable skills include:

  • Programming (Javascript, PHP, HTML, CSS)
  • CRM Management
  • Data Management

Castle Water is based in Blairgowrie in northern Perthshire, combining fantastic access to leisure activities with being close to the major cities of Scotland. Blairgowrie is equi-distant in travel time between Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen. It is the closest town south of Glenshee with ski-ing in winter and mountain biking in Summer, and year round climbing, hill-walking and kayaking.
