Reaching candidates from the BAME community for Board appointments
It’s no secret that the BAME community is underrepresented when it comes to being on Boards, this is something our clients ask us to address regularly and to find candidates from these marginalised communities, without being tokenistic. Debbie Shields talks with Bayile Adeoti to discuss how we can find and attract applications from the BAME communities and hear from her about why she feels it’s important for her to be visible on Boards herself.
