As the Chief Executive of Waverley Housing, you will be the driving force behind our success, providing empowering and dynamic leadership that ensures the highest standards of conduct, performance, and accountability. Reporting to the Board, you will collaborate with the Operations Director and Corporate Services Director to create a cohesive Executive Team that empowers staff to excel in their roles. Leading by example, you will cultivate a culture of motivation, continuous improvement, and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring the following qualities to the role:

Direct RSL experience is not an essential requirement of the role; applicants must however evidence transferability and shared values with the sector.
