A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team in the key role of Director of Customer Services at Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA), based in Selkirk in the beautiful and vibrant Scottish Borders.

Created by Tenants for Tenants in 2003, SBHA is one of the larger Housing Associations in Scotland with over 5,650 homes across 49 settlements of the Scottish Borders.  As a community anchor organisation, we value our effective partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure that we provide the best outcomes for tenants and communities.

We are committed to providing high-quality homes and services that meet the changing needs and expectations of our diverse communities, demonstrated by our significant investment in current and new homes, customer engagement and skills development.  This year, we are about to embark on the development of our 2025-30 Strategic & Business Plan.
