Meet Melissa Scholes
As a Client Partner within the wider Aspen People team. Melissa supports the business by overseeing and carrying out all project management and admin tasks relating to assignments and the admin of tenders.
In addition to this, Melissa provides a quality customer service experience to all internal and external clients. A key element of being a successful Client Partner. All in line with Aspen’s long-established vision, values and behaviour framework. Over several years, Melissa has supported projects for a vast array of public and private sector clients.
Melissa is a proud graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU). In 2006 and 2007, she completed her Honours in Business Studies and then her PGD in Human Resource Management. Melissa is also CIPD qualified and assists with all aspects of GDPR. As well as this, Melissa’s expertise is process control, communications and due diligence, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality levels of service and care.
Aspen People was founded in 2011, and Melissa has been here since. Her career journey with Aspen has seen Melissa start as an HR & Project Coordinator and now, Client Partner.

It’s a really good place to work for in terms of everybody cares for each other. It’s more of a collegiate feeling as there is less person vs person in terms of fees and everything. We are quite relaxed. We’re professional, but we do have a very relaxed and caring environment.”
