West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA) strives to be more than just a landlord. With over 60 years of history, what sets us apart is the way in which we go further to improve the lives of our tenants, innovatively responding to their needs as their lives change.
We provide over 4500 affordable homes across the West of Scotland to suit tenants at every stage of their life including tenemental flats, family homes, amenity properties and sheltered housing.

Willowacre Trust
Willowacre Trust is the charitable subsidiary of WSHA and is committed to the delivery of projects and services which offer additional support and opportunities to WSHA tenants with the overall aim of positively impacting on our tenant’s lives.
Services delivered within communities include:
· Money and Energy Advice provided from dedicated officers supports issues relating to personal debts, budgeting, fuel debt, switching tariffs and heating systems
· Older people’s services, available to all tenants over 60, whatever they be in sheltered, amenity or mainstream housing
· Digital Support, including advice service and use of a digital device lending library
· Access to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, providing free books to children under 5
· Upcycling service
· Handyperson Service offered to older tenants or families who are vulnerable
· Management of three Community Hubs across Glasgow, which facilitate a wide range of programmes and offers accommodation to other community events and organisations
· Starter packs, food parcels and fuel top ups.
Westscot Living
Westscot Living was created in 2022 as a subsidiary of West of Scotland Housing Association and is responsible for all WSHA’s factoring services as well as the management of over 140 mid-market rent properties. Westscot Living provide commercial services with a social conscience.
