Our ambition is to strengthen and expand our impact—developing strategic partnerships with stakeholders across West Lothian and beyond, raising the profile of Open Door, and harnessing our financial resources to create new opportunities for the young people we support.

We are looking for a leader with a strong grasp of financial management, a passion for organisational development, and the strategic insight to shape high-quality, innovative services for an expanded customer base. You will need to be comfortable with change, both in design and delivery, and bring a hands-on approach to leadership—someone who can inspire and drive progress while staying close to the operational detail.
