Thank you for your interest in joining our Home Group Scotland Board. We’re delighted you want to know more about us and this important role.

We care deeply about homes in Scotland. A warm, safe and affordable home changes lives, and we work hard every day to make that happen. We have a proud history of building and managing homes and supporting communities. We’re part of Home Group, one of the UK’s leading housing and care providers, which means we share ideas and learn from colleagues across the country.

These are challenging times, but we’re ambitious. We want to keep improving the services we offer, build more homes and play our part in Scotland’s journey to net zero. We listen to our customers and shape our plans around what matters to them, like rent levels and how services work.

We take governance seriously. We manage resources carefully and make sure our plans are strong and achievable. This helps us do more for people and support Scotland’s wellbeing.

We’re looking for a new Chair to join us. This is an exciting role where you lead our Board, guide our work and keep us focused on what matters. As part of this role, you will also sit on our parent board, Home Group Limited, and join our Group Governance and People Committee. It’s a chance to shape decisions across the organisation and make a real impact. You’ll work with passionate, committed people who share our values.
