Thank you for your interest in joining Home Fix Scotland (HFS). I am pleased to present this Candidate Information Pack, which has been designed to provide an overview of our organisation, our strategic priorities, and the opportunity to play a key role in our continued development.

This opportunity has arisen due to the planned retirement of our Managing Director, Derek Ferguson who had successfully led HFS for the past 5 years.

As part of the RCH Group, HFS plays an important role in delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and property investment services across Inverclyde.

We are seeking individuals who share our commitment to excellent service, operational efficiency and effectiveness, and positive outcomes for the communities we serve.
