Thank you for your interest in the exciting new role we have – Commercial and Business Development Manager

We are the leading provider of sports and leisure services across the beautiful area of Fife. We have a long and successful track record of delivering high quality venues, products and services to our local communities, from our successful and market leading Learn to Swim programme, the outstanding impact we make across our health and wellbeing team and the large membership base within our leisure active product.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do.

Prior to the COVID pandemic, the business successfully grew attendance levels year-on-year, with particular target groups such as older adults and young people, recording high levels of engagement. Undoubtedly, the pandemic and associated lockdowns and restrictions has had a significant impact on the business, and we continue to deal with all the challenges associated with the public health crisis.

We are currently recovering, with big plans to go from strength to strength and surpass pre COVID levels. Our teams have been working hard to make this plan a reality. Despite these challenges, the opportunity to recover and grow is an exciting one and this role will sit are the heart of this recovery.
