We are a unique organisation in Scotland with over 65 years’ experience of supporting children, adults and older adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional needs across west central Scotland, providing a range of diverse supports and services which focus on supporting people to thrive and achieve through person centered, outcomes focused care. Our aim is to support people to live the life they choose.
Our current CEO, Heather Gray has been with the organisation for 9 ½ years and is moving on to work with another Scottish charity after developing, growing and diversifying Cosgrove Care. We are now seeking a new CEO to build upon the success of Cosgrove Care into the future. Our sector leading charity requires new leadership to build on our developments to date; lead a committed and passionate staff team and continue to support Cosgrove Care to thrive and succeed into the future and build on its successful track record.

They will be driven by their sound values and embody integrity, compassion, excellence and respect. They will have experience of diversifying income streams and generating new income. They will work closely with our committed Board to steer Cosgrove Care into the coming years, navigating the political and financial challenges that will continue to exist for the 3rd sector and driving forward the ambitious strategy created by the Board for 2025-2028.
Cosgrove Care is a unique organisation with a rich history, providing a diverse range of services and opportunities for children, adults and older adults with a range of needs. We have a varied offering of services which support people to experience the arts- drama, music and art and we believe strongly in helping those we support realise their human rights. These services sit alongside our commissioned services and focus on relationships, connections and building skills and talents.
If you are ready to step up to this exciting opportunity, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please read on to find out more about the role and the application and selection process.
