Professor in the area of Compound Semiconductors

Salary in range of £77,711 to £135,297, dependent on professorial salary band assessment.

This position is full-time and fixed term until 30 September 2030.

Open‑ended contracts will be explored with suitable candidates where appropriate to the role, any such arrangements would be subject to discussion and agreement during the recruitment process.
