We run two charitable services that make a huge impact on the lives of the people we support.

Sleep Scotland has been helping people throughout the UK to thrive through healthy sleep for 25 years and is the UK’s oldest sleep charity. We provide a free Sleep Support Line for children, young people and their families, who are struggling to sleep. We also train health and education professionals to support the people they work with and help employers ensure their employees have healthy sleep.

Our Teens+ service helps young people with additional support needs to thrive by providing a person-centred educational day service through our 3 centres in Edinburgh and East Lothian. Our service is unique in the area and delivers lasting change for our students and their families.

We’ve created this new senior role to help take the charity forward as we continue to grow. The post will give support and direction to our operations, marketing and fundraising teams while also take the lead on our digital transformation and net zero agenda’s. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to help the charity to realise our growth ambition so that we can help more people to thrive.
