The new Director of IT and Digital will lead Aberlour’s digital transformation and strategic IT direction, ensuring the organisation remains secure, agile, and data driven. Shape and deliver a forward-looking IT and Digital Strategy, embedding enterprise architecture principles, and enabling innovation through cloud-first services, cyber resilience, and data intelligence. A Digital Programme 2023 – 2025 is underway with most of the objectives already delivered. Going forward a Digital Strategy and Cyber Security Strategy will be required to sustain the momentum and lead into the next phase of digital transformation and in particular, records management.

Collaborate with external suppliers, developers, and consultants to deliver strategic outcomes. Build effective partnerships across the organisation and with external agencies.
