Working for Us
We are also proud of our staff achievements and were recently awarded Investors in People Gold, following extensive feedback from our staff, who were proud to be part of the College, making a difference to the lives of our students, and the wider Ayrshire communities. 84% of our staff stated that they strongly believe in and enact our values and behaviours in everything they do.
