This is a wide-encompassing role with responsibilities that include supporting the development and management of youth-led programs, fundraising, human resources, health and safety, and equality, diversity, and inclusion. Ensuring processes are up-to-date, compliant, and reflective of the charity’s values is essential.
Programmes for Tiny Changes
Programmes refer to our strategic initiatives designed to improve mental health for young people in Scotland through youth-led innovation. These programmes include various projects to leverage young people’s lived experiences to improve mental health in schools, universities, colleges, arts, music industry, and intersectional communities. Our programmes are grounded in co-production, meaning they are developed and led by young people with lived experience of mental health issues. This ensures that our solutions are relevant, impactful, and rooted in the real needs of those we aim to serve. As a Programme and Operations Manager, you will support and manage the effective delivery of these projects, ensuring they align with our mission and values and supporting the young leaders in their roles to drive meaningful social change.

Essential experience and skills include operations management or consultancy (employment or freelance), leadership roles or consulting within the third sector, HR and people management, developing, delivering, and monitoring strategic and operational plans, community and youth-led mobilization or coproduction, developing, implementing, or managing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and strategic fundraising, including mass campaigns and Trusts and Foundations.
